Barratt Homes - Overstone Gate

Extremely unprofessional, we have been waiting a month for a refund and they keep delaying things- many excuses given. Dozens of calls and emails but no outcome. Every time we are promised, the responsible person has authorised and payment will be there in a few days but nothing still. Very fed up of their unprofessionalism.

Just visited to view a show house, similar to a new build my daughter and partner are buying. The staff were very welcoming and obviously remember their clients. As a person formerly involved in property improvements I was impressed with the fit and finish of the show house and look forward to seeing if this quality carries to the purchased house.
