I would rate it no stars if the system would allow me to do so. As an Arab I frequent Shisha places all too often and this one had the worst service. The young-ish girl on the till had such a face on. The younger guy was not attentive to us. Too many Caucasian students here, I think that sums up exactly what kind of place it is.

Excellent service even though they didnt have my favourite flavour last time i came they made a very nice shisha and a complimentary tea. Today i came back and they made the best in my favourite flavour, better than anywhere else ive been. Also made up for the strawberries they didn't have with my waffle last time by giving me complimentary strawberries and cream today. Love it love it love it

I generally don't like shisha bars. But I have to admit that this one is a lot better than all over ones in Lees or Bradford. Nice interior. Comfy seats. Better set up for having a conversation. And good srvice. So may go there again. Definitely a mile better than millionaire and the other places in Bradford.

The shisha is really good and the staff are friendly. The music is loud though and the location isn't perfect plus the Wi-Fi there is terrible and the place is quite dead. I didn't like the seat here, they're uncomfortable and cause back pain.The prices are fine and the service quality is good.

Best Place for couple for Shisha. I have visited many Shisha cafe and all i find is the environment is not very comfortable.Pasha Lounge Leeds value their customer. We have problem with the order unlike other Shisha Cafe, Pasha Lounge went extra. Customer Service was excellent.I will visit Pasha Lounge again. Keep up the excellent customer service and you will have more returning customer.Guys who made my shisha (both with beards) Thank you guys we're blown away with your customer service.

Lights above our table and food were full of cobwebs. When raised this with staff informed they are understaffed tonight however appeared as if the place hadn't been cleaned for months. Ordered 4 burger meals. Beef patties were burnt and burger buns which I can only assume were frozen were still cold when served and wet. The chicken tenders never even arrived to the table. Dont know why it takes 30 mins for food when place wasn't that busy. Shisha was very much below average, they charge full price for shisha but tastes as if they are using cheap flavours with very little taste. The only good thing was the chips. We were offered a full refund for the food however this is besides the point as the evening was ruined with the bad food, bad shisha and bad service. On the way out staff did not even have the decency to issue an apology but rather casually laughed with other customers and ignored us. In addition the place had disgusting and vile taste in music, not something I would listen to with family or friends. All in all a place to avoid at all costs. I had heard good things about pasha but sometimes it's the less well known places that are the best. I won't be returning to any branches. I can only hope this review is acted on before someone reports them to the council for bad hygiene... Massive cobwebs above the food!

Such a bloody fantastic experience at this Shisha lounge! The staff and the service was absolutely bang on. Much much better than I could have imagined. Thank you guys for making our time there wonderful! I will be coming back every single time I'm in Leeds!!!

We really enjoy going to this pasha its really relaxed, the staff are really friendly and you can easily spend a few hours here with the girls. it helps that the musics great and you can even request songs if the managers about. The food looks good but I haven't tried it the desserts on the other hand are gorgeous.

Great shisha. Friendly staff. And good food. Try the cheese burger and the dynomite shrimp. Also they have some great mocktails. Try the virgin mojito or the wake-up call.

Favourite place in leeds! Returned too many times for my own good, everyone is so friendly and welcoming they looked after us so well. The manager Taz was the most amazing man ever, dont think I've ever met somebody so accommodating. If your looking for good food, sweet desserts and great company this is the spot. So many flavours of sisha to choose from also. Would return again and again!
