Lysa is a great massage therapist, she is professional and is focused on providing just the right level of pressure and attention to each area in turn. She adapts her massages to address the issues I have on each occasion to ensure that I leave feeling taller and tension free.She has also recommended stretching exercises to maintain flexibility until the next massage.

Another amazing massage from Lysa. Having suffered chronic hip pain since February and seen osteopaths, sports injury masseuses and chiropractors, Lysa-with-the-magic-hands has sorted my pain. She is professional, attentive, 'listens with her hands' and has certainly sorted my problem. She gave me homework exercises to do between treatments which have helped maintain her efforts. Next session booked after this lockdown! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you Lysa.

I couldn't think of a massage therapist more dedicated to her work. She puts her clients' needs at the top of her list and responds appropriately to these, addressing physical issues through a genuinely holistic approach. I recommend her wholeheartedly. I've always found that she communicates her professional advice coherently and reassuringly. Moreover, the whole ambiance in the treatment room is very calming and spiritual. I feel like a new person each time I finish a session. From my multiple travels, I can guarantee you that you won't find a better massage therapist than SolShiva.

Thank you Lysa for a really lovely massage, I felt so relaxed during and after! Lysa was very careful to make sure I felt comfortable and that the pressure applied was what I wanted. I really enjoyed it and can’t wait to visit again!
