My Omega seamaster planet ocean professional started to run slow, then stopped altogether. Dropped it off to Lance, who serviced it and got it back to working condition within a week. Great work by a great bloke.Highly recommended.

Lance has done a few repairs on behalf of a friend. He’s a great guy - really friendly and knowledgeable. Responds in a timely manner and is easily contactable on WhatsApp. The repairs have included straps, clasps and movements so a wide range of work. Mostly notably, Lance was able to source and replace a movement that the manufacturer couldn’t even replace! Cannot fault his service. If you need a watch repaired, make him your go to!

Recently Lance did some work on a couple of my Breitlings and he was very knowledgeable and helpful and continues to be so even after the work had been done.Finding a legitimate watchmaker that you can actually speak to in person is almost impossible now days.I genuinely wish I had found Lance sooner, it may have saved me £thousands in jewellery shop charges.

I took my Omega Seamaster to Birmingham Watch Repair for various things I wanted sorting before selling it on. Throughout the process, Lanced excelled in every way. Very attentive, polite, reliable and my watch came back (on the day agreed) looking pretty much BRAND NEW ! Im delighted I found Lance and would recommend his services 110%. I entrusted Lance with two of my late Father's watches which had ceased working and my 21st birthday watch with a broken crown. I had no idea what to do with two watches which I had inherited and which were not running. Lance provided an estimate for the restoration of the watches. He then restored them to what looks like original condition and provided a valuation for insurance purposes. I was very impressed by a very professional service in which I was kept fully informed throughout.
