Had a sports massage with Elicia, she was lovely, and there was a full consultation to get a good idea of the issues to be treated. As a result I've had much less pain from tight muscles. Definitely recommend!

Last year, my 83-year old Nan fell and broke her hip, spent time in an Intermediate Care Unit and then had an NHS Community Nurse visit her from time to time. Her mobility, confidence, mental well-being and independence were at an all time low.After initial consultations at home with a couple of physios including Rick, my Nan immediately knew and was in no doubt that she wanted to have specific Physio sessions with him. He was attentive, highly proficient at what he does, and clear on a plan to get some improvements in my Nan.After just two sessions, the improvement was noticeable. As I write this review today, my Nan has had just a few more sessions and is already into the low risk fall category, is far more mobile, confident, independent and in great spirits.I would have no hesitation is recommending Rick to anyone requiring specialist physiotherapy. Had an amazing sports massage at the Speke clinic with Zoe. I felt so good after just one treatment. I was definitely achy the next day but after that there was no tightness in my muscles. I had the best sleep ever after it with no pain or stiffness. I will definitely be booking another massage cc we it's Zoe in been the future.

Had a massage with Hollie she is really great had lots of tension in my neck and lower back she really sorted me out and has great knowlage on it all I felt very at ease. Thank you hollie !!

I suffer from fibromyalgia. I’ve been receiving specifically directed treatment from Natalie Shingfield - a specialist neurophysiotherapist. She centres my therapy on my needs/issues/pain levels etc at each particular session. This is very therapeutic and my family often comment that I seem more relaxed afterwards as well as being calmer emotionally.

Following an intensive sports weekend I found out after visiting Debbie at physio.co.uk that a had injured my shoulder more than the standard ache. With an up and coming kayaking holiday coming up in a few months that had been a year in the planning, Debbie provided me with a plan to recovery including exercises to do at home. That coupled with resting the shoulder (or at least not pushing it too hard) meant I'm now off to enjoy that planned holiday. Would I go back to physio.co.uk? Yes, absolutely, but hope I never need to.
