Mong Kok Chinese Takeaway

Although the food was nice we had to wait nearly 3 hours for delivery. We ordered around 18:30 and our food wasn't delivered until 21:10, in this time there was no way of contacting the restaurant as they just weren't answering their phone. We could see on JustEat that they were still accepting more orders when they clearly couldn't fulfil the orders they already had. No apology offered at all, incredibly poor service, won't be ordering from here again.

Delivery time was excellent! Food was really good. Very authentic. Chicken n sweetcorn soup and the salt n pepper wings were amazing. However, petty as it might sound, this is the only Chinese I know that does not send free prawn crackers. My order was over £25....c'mon...

Worst chinese i have ever had an paid a bit more than usual cos it was my birthday treat. Meat like cardboard( wouldnt even feed it my dog) special chow main an special fried fice not in the least bit special at all. pasty egg fried rice and the starters dryed up ribs, warmed an hard but still greasey prawn toast soggey Fried chicken and soggey spring rolls crammed in a box with some sort of sauce allover them the crispy seaweed was ok on top but soaked in the same sause that had covered the rest. would advise you to not even bother even a pot noodle would be nicer. Only got the one star cos i had to to post my review.

I ordered chow main, which you would expect to come with meat, I got a tray full of dried noodles,with no sauce completely un eatable, Then waited another hour for special chow main for it to be delivered. To be dumped on my doorstep and drove away...I've ordered from this takeaway for last 4 years...but sorry to say I won't be ordering from them again due to there bad attitude sort your menu out and state clearly what chow main consists off..it really not hard!

Rubbish! Ordered at 7pm in advance asking for 8pm-830pm slot on UberEats due to my partner going to work at 930pm. It got to 845pm with the status being ‘prepared’ tried to ring the restaurant numerous times with no answer. Finally got through at 9pm in which the staff member kept me on hold for 15 minutes when all I wanted to do was cancel! Then whilst I was still on hold the food arrived, no apology was given until I asked the driver why it was an hour late (whose response was we are busy, I’m just the driver) Then to top it off, the food was obviously rushed. My house special chow mein had one king prawn in it, it was dry but greasy at the same time and the only veg in it was piles and piles of onions. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Will not be ordering from here ever again.

delicious food, best Chinese both of us have ever had. took just under two hours to get here but its new years eve so can't fault them for that. food arrived perfect temperature, hot but not too hot to eat, absolutely lovely. free bottle of coke too! definitely will order here again. lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly as was the delivery guy.

I have just ordered from this place and I'm so upset. Though the food was ok, not the best Chinese I've had it was doing the trick. After giving my 6yo daughter about 10 fork fulls from my plate and just had a king prawn, I saw a long strand of straight hair glistening in the plate entangled in the food. I have no hair, my husbands hair is super low and my daughter's hair is curly and she was nowhere in the kitchen when it was dished out. It has completely put me off. I've not had another fork and it's now in the bin, so that's £30 wasted. I won't be ordering again for that reason.

Just ordered from here meat undercooked and very poor quality ribs dry and tasteless we couldn't even eat it phoned up to complain only thing they would offer me was another meal which I wouldn't want as the first meal has put me off completely. Think they could of a least gave me some of my money back. Guy on the phone was lovely tried his best to help. This is poor quality food stay clear! Only gave 1 star as it wouldn't let me give none.

This is now the fourth time I order from here - the first two times, no issues whatsoever. On the third time, I had to wait over 3 (yes, three!) hours for my food to arrive. On JustEat, it said it would need 50-65 minutes. As soon as my order is confirmed, it jumps up by 30 minutes. No problem I thought, maybe it's just really busy, I don't mind waiting. New delivery time is updated, but still nothing. Impossible to get through to the restaurant because they never answer, or if they do, they answer and hang up straight away.I thought maybe it's just a one-off, so I ordered again tonight, and low and behold it's the exact same situation. This restaurant clearly has management issues, and are wearing shoes too big for them by listing themselves on websites like Just Eat.It's a shame because the food is great, it's just a shame about management's incompetence.TLDR: Great food but don't expect to receive your food anywhere near on time.
