Excellent Service both before and after purchase. The gas lift on my 15 year old GGI Concorde office chair had started to fail.I spoke to Adrian at the Chair Clinic about a replacement and not only did he offer advice he also sent me pictures to enable identification of the relevant part.I ran into difficulties when fitting the replacement part however two further phone calls to the Chair Clinic and Adrian talked me through the installation procedure

We have used this company twice now saving the NHS hundreds of pounds. Collection, loan chairs and delivery were flawless. The furniture in our waiting room looks brand new and the office chairs are now comfortable and hygienic. I needed a replacement part for my home office chair and the team were great in advising on the best option. The videos on their site are very helpful in showing how to remove the old gas strut as well. Very quick service all round - ordered in the morning and part arrived the next day. Top service all round!

Fabulous service at a great price. Adrian replaced the mechanism on my 13 year old Pledge office chair which is still in very good condition. The replacement mechanism and fitting cost 20% of the cost of a new chair of the same make and model. The chair is now rejuvenated!The whole process was nice and easy. We took the chair to the workshop and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. Adrian also took the trouble to give me advice on possible future repairs.I am very impressed!
