I paid £30 for the gold valet service but was really disappointed! I hate complaining but had to ask them to come back and clean inside as the outside was okay but the inside didnt look as though it had been cleaned at all and they had not even touched the car boot. They were full of excuses and said they did not realise i had paid for the £30 service and thought id paid for the cheaper clean, and they came back and did it correctly but could tell they didnt want to. I think they were really busy that day and just tried to fob me off. I wont be going back there again really wasted my time as my car was there almost 2 hrs and was not worth the money.

I came 6pm, 3 guys are sitting and doing nothing, I asked if I can get 2£ discount for my 4x4 car to be cleaned inside out but I was told no we can’t make any discount. So let them sit and do nothing. Good luck for business!

Paid to get my car cleaned inside and out and caused damage to my car without even telling me. Only realized when insat in my car. Isn't the worst part - when I told the manager - his colleague started arguing with me then speaking in there language so I didn't understand. When I continued to mention about the damage he got even more rude. Will never come here again and will not recommend whatsoever!

Very professional work, after car wash my car look like new one. Especially interior works are so good. Highly recommended.

Washed my white van there, dirty areas everywhere, when I told them they were saying that they are not obliged to dry the van. It's a no no!

By far the best car wash I have used. I’ve been to most of the car washes around Dagenham & finally used this one yesterday. Originally, I was a little hesitant as my partner & I were told there was like an 1.5hour wait but now…I can 100% understand why. So, we came back a few hours later & was fitted in straight away. Their attention to detail was spot on & they spent around 45mins to an hour on mine & my partners car. So friendly, professional & absolutely amazing at what they do. My partner has a soft top, convertible…the hood has never been clean.I will 100% be back again! Worth every penny.

Small and friendly team who did a very thorough job of cleaning my car. The car looks and smells like brand new! Would definitely recommend.
