Go here if you want to be greeted by a surly, self righteous tool. Trying to make you look a fool if you don't use all the correct self-important plumbing terminology. Then, don't even attempt to look for what you're after! Probably because I had the cheek to make it obvious I wasn't too impressed with how I was being spoken to. Terrible place, won't be going back there!
