Phoned for a bike mot at 10am and was booked in for 10.30am same day. Have had work carried out on my car by them in the past and were spot on. Very helpful and honest. Would recommend them.

Motorbike was in for its MOT. Thorough but fair. Very good service by the staff from booking to testing. Certainly will use them again and have already been recommending them to other bikers.

The guy I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. There was something wrong with the radiator and he fitted us in the next day. Left the car and asked if it would be ready later today, I was told that he thought so but it depended what the problem was. He phoned me later in the morning and told me it needed a whole new radiator and that he needed to order the part. Then nothing, I called again about 3pm and he said the part had arrived and the car was stripped down. It wouldn’t be ready that day. Wasn’t really too bothered as I assumed we’d get the car back the next day. Didn’t call in the morning because I thought they’d call and let me know what was happening, again nothing. My husband phoned around lunchtime and was told it was the wrong part and that they we’re waiting for another part. Didn’t get any communication until my husband phoned again and was told the car wouldn’t be ready that day. Day 3, hubby goes in to garage to be told they’re still waiting for part and he’d call him and let him know what was happening, he didn’t. Later that day we call again and are told the car will be ready to collect at 430pm. I wasn’t going to review the garage because things go wrong and aside from the lack of communication and the 3 days for a radiator change I assumed they did a good job. However less than 48 hours later, £300 and 3 days in the garage later the inside of our bumper (just in front of the front wheels) is hanging off! I don’t know anything about cars but it definitely wasn’t hanging off before hand!

Great service everytime I go. Took it in because the front driver spring snapped and I got my car back the next day. I've never had any problems after leaving their garage and I've been going to them since 2016.
