Supposed to come on Friday but delayed until Saturday . Stayed in all day but driver decided to knock of early and falsely claimed that I was not at home and also falsely claimed to have put a card through my letterbox. Finally delivered Monday afternoon after I waited in AGAIN . 3 DAYS I WILL NEVER GET BACK.

Friendly & helpful staff, dropping of last minute parcel just as they were finishing loading up last wagon before closing. Came running over asking what I had & if it needed to go on the wagon, which it did, took the parcel from me no hassles, had a bit of a laugh with them then left. Great to see people being happy whilst working.

The driver claimed to have found no one at home in order to have me reschedule the delivery. No one ever came near our house all day. Not to be trusted.

I eventually got my package but had to wait two additional days after paying for the 24hr delivery. Not sure why there was such a delay but other than that, the service was simple and delivery was simple and quick. Hopefully they just do better with 24 hr deliveries

Worst service ever should be minus 5 stars...it took 6 days for me to finally get my parcel which by the way perishable. I made 3 journeys to 2 different locations, wasted time and petrol. The manager at Maryland was extremely rude and unhelpful. I would steer clear of this company.

Got text for 1 hour delivery time slot but didn't suit me. Went to manage the schedule but no option for leave at the door or neighbour. Driver left a note with code and discovered that I opted for pick up which I did not.Worst is 6 miles away from my house. Worst service ever.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Normally have a good setup with a guy William here and he gets 5 stars all the way. But anyone else won't even try to leave anything. Oliver the manager at this depot is the most rude and unhelpful. Pointless paying extra for fast delivery - they should be paying you for having to wait. I reckon their delivery quotas are so unreasonable drivers just skip off where they can because they know customers can do f-all about it!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I have never experienced customer service as bad. No consideration for the instructions they were given. Gave me a date for delivery and didn't deliver them tried delivering on a day I specifically said I would not be home. Then re-arranged delivery only for the parcel to be sent back to the sender.

Very friendly and professional assistance was given to me during my today's visit to DPD drop off point at Ballygowan Road. Huge thank you for shown understanding of an issue I had with my parcel, and my greatfulness goes to the staff being on duty Wednesday afternoon. Well done guys - Five star rating, no doubt about it at all.

On Thursday last week (26th of November) we booked a slot on Friday for a parcel to be collected form our house in Belfast. Friday arrived and we waited and waited, and no one collected it... We called customer service, but their office was close as it was after 6:30pm. We called on Saturday morning. The first person to pick up the phone told us that was the wrong number, even though the number was right, and hang up the phone. The second person had us on hold for about 35 - 40 minutes and then hang up the phone. The third person started to argue with us for no reason, being extremely rude and not polite at all, and then hang up on us!!!!! Then the fourth person was nice and explained that there had been a mistake and the driver did not receive the order for collection, so someone would come to pick it up on Monday. Monday arrives and guess what? No one came to pick it up, again!!!!!! We waited and waited until 5:30 but no one came. We called customer service and the first person HANG UP ON US. The second person had us on hold until 6:30 and then hang up. When we called again, SURPRISE! The offices are closed, and no one is there to pick up the phone. We called today in the morning, Tuesday 1st of December, and we were told someone would come to pick it up today as it had been assigned to a driver. Guess what? No one came, AGAIN. We call and we are told it has not been assigned to a driver, and they will come tomorrow to collect it………………………………. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL. We have recorded the calls and want to properly complain about all of this, it is completely outrageous and given our experience, most of your (on call) staff is extremely rude and incompetent.
