Nice spacious room, good kitchen, all mod cons. Serious lack of tables though and only 30 chairs. No parking, just pot luck on the rd.

A nice place for the residents to get together have a chat and a brew and talk with each other, xmas and Easter are popular times for residents to share a festive feast without having to venture to far.
