Great selection of Technic Lego at really competitive prices, almost like buying new at some secondhand prices! Staff even carried one of the big kits to the car! Awesome shop, friendly staff, good prices, what more do you want!?!?

Store sits in what appears to be a normal retail park, *but* the parking is not free. If you don’t buy a ticket, expect a £60 fine triggered by automatic number plate recognition. You don’t need this before Christmas.I feel the store could do a LOT more to point this out to customers.

Did not have one thing was looking for and the other items when compared were all more expensive than elsewhere. Seemed long queues at the tills as I did not actually buy anything. Staff to busy playing with the toys. Flying a drone type thing as you come in not great. One member of staff on a balance board very nearly took another customer out.

I will never shop here again due to Brittania parking. £100 fine for 1hrs parking, threatening letters and signs that could barely be seen in the full car park. I will never shop here again. Well done Inverness

Okay. This has happened THREE times now. Bought this for my son. Opened today Xmas day...broken. the pull back lever does not pull back. This is now the 3rd different nerf gun I've bought that haven't worked. For his birthday in October I bought my son nerf ultra one. It too did not work. I did get a refund on that one. But I'm sorry to say I will not be buying any more nerf guns from Smyth's. they are a good you store and friendly staff but their nerf range seems to be flawed

Went to this shop while I was on holiday with my brother, picked up 4 XL Pokemon cards, marked at £2. However 2 of the 4 cards came out at £4.99 each. So I had to go back into the shop for a second time. The sales assistant needed to get the manager to issue the refund as he thought they were all £2 as well. The manager then proceeded to refund to 2 @£4.99 but charged me again for the 2@£2. So I had to go back in the shop for a third time and explain his mistake, the manager wouldn’t believe I had been charged twice, then realising his mistake , rudely told me it was me and my brothers fault for apparently talking over him instead of just apologising for the mistake and not fully understanding the situation. After being insulted I finally got my full refund.Everything was too much hassle for this manager, and as far as I know the cards still say £2 on the shop floor.Will not be coming to that store again.

Great place to take kids but has them trying to empty your wallet wanting every thing it has consoles and controlers etc pretty much got all the modern toys and games any kid could want.Even as an adult i love coming to smyths inverness.Smyths also has an online site which has every thing which delivers which is good for me as i live a 100 miles away from the closest smyths.The prices are the same.Love coming here hate leaving because i spent all my money here.The staff are really good as well.

Great selection on toys, usually good offers. Wish Smyths had a loyalty card scheme though.

huge store with a grrat amount of legos, toys and other stuffi mainly visited for the lego, for which they also had a nice sale going onother than that it was fun roaming through the store because of all the superhero toys or merch for all agesalso theres a lot of parking spots

Visited the store on Monday evening 26th September and have to say the level of service was first class. Twice I was looking a bit lost and both times staff asked if they could help (unfortunately I don't have their names) - they went out of their way to look in warehouse on both occasions to find what I was looking for and took the toys to the front desk for me to collect later. At the desk I was served by Lauren who was also extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. If only all shopping experience could be like that!!!Wonderful choices within the store and nothing else like it in Inverness.
