No nuggets just cheese burgers or vegetables burgers left !! Food was luke warm and service slow . £20 wasted will not be going back again

As Burger Kings go, this one is probably in the lower tiers, I've been a couple times over the past few months and the service has always been sub-par. Today I was charged £1 for sugar tax" on Freestyle Coke

Every time I go to BK the staff are really wonderful. I use the North Shields branch, and there is a lovely, helpful assistant, named Morgan, along side the other staff, it’s a nice place to eat!

When this first opened it was ok but last time I went in none of the screens were working to make an order and seemed no one around at the tills to take orders so I left.I have found that it never seems as busy as it used to be (or as busy when it was still McDonalds)

Fast, Hot, delicious food served with a smile! Great choice of drinks on the machine and staff were helpful as always, highly reccomend.

Very warm and welcoming staff, one of the better burger kings i have been to in a while, was lovely and clean, delicious food with fast and friendly service would 100% recommend.

The door is quite difficult to open while using a wheelchair, especially as it is up a slope to enter the restaurant. The order screen didn't work, it took the order right through until payment and then said to order at the counter. Staff were friendly. The food was nice, the chicken nuggets were good. Toilets require a code from the receipt to enter.

New franchise, opened 11:00 31/7/2022. Looks better than the last one. Clean and tidy inside but has just re-opened. Good choice on menu, friendly staff and should be better than the last one.UPDATE (23/8/2022)Staff are friendly and helpful. Really clean and tidy, and definitely better then the last franchise. Only two things, the self service unit's are out of order (everyone orders at the counter anyway) and it's card only (worth remembering in case you were wanting to give your kids cash to get something there). Apart from the two things, worth going in once in a while.1/10/2022Self service tills seem to be working now.6 12 2022Burger king now except cash

Waited a while for our order.To receive a text that they had cancelled my order and a refund is on the way.I checked and the restaurant is still open, it wasn’t even a big order it was x2 burger meals and a kids meal! shouldn’t have to wait for my money back either.Won’t order from here again.Pisstake

Excellent customer service staff very helpful and friendly great with children my grandchildren love going there I would recommend burger king in North shields ,food is delicious and restaurant very cleanDefinitely 5 stars from me :)
