I’ve now been to this shop 3 times for different issues relating to the same wrist watch. Each time the service was high quality at a reasonable price.The inside of the shop looks amazing as well with a range of different clocks on display.On all occasions that I’ve been the people working at the shop have been very friendly and helpful.

Popped into the shop on a whim, hoping I might have a decent watch shop near me. I was blown away by the friendliness and customer service. I brought in my Rolex explorer for a repair, as well as my Sea-Dweller to change the strap over…they did the latter free of charge. Thank you team!

Sometimes customer service goes above and beyond. The Clock Clinic did not have the correct size screws in stock to re-attach the bracelet of my Ebel watch. Instead of holding onto it until the correct screws were available, they filed down screws they had until they fitted perfectly. Thank-you!

I purchased a clock from the Clock Clinic several years ago.I took it back for a service.I also had a service carried out to a watch I own.The service I received was first class.Alastair and his team of horoligists are friendly and helpful.This is a great shop to visit.Thoroughly recomended

Went for a bracelet adjustment, stayed for the experience! A wonderful family run shop with a great selection of vintage timepieces, terrific knowledge on watches, and great service. I would definitely recommend!

I have been to The Clock Clinic twice in the last few weeks. The first visit was for what I mistakenly thought was a broken antique Omega watch. The expert who looked at it pointed out that I was winding it wrongly. It has worked perfectly since that day. The second visit was in relation to an electric clock with dismantled hands. This was repaired immediately. I was charged nothing on both occasions. This is a unique, extremely professional establishment, staffed by kind, friendly and honest people. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic spot to either go for watch repairs, simple adjustments, or to browse an impressive and beautiful selection of vintage watches. Whenever I need repairs done, I'll always trust the Clock Clinic.

Very unfriendly and would not make eye contact with me, unless you are a regular which they could not do enough.I brought a wall clock in and said it just does not wind and can they have a look as they asked me to do over the phone. I drove down, placed Vienna wall clock on table, they would not look touch it said it’s £600 to service I explained it’s more that what I paid for it and can they please just have a look as I believe it’s just a leaf spring as if I bend spring I can get to wind, one of their regulars said “you can always put it back on the wall and just look at it” In a rush to get me out they broke clock movement, a part, for which they apologised. They replaced the part they broke, oiled and said that’s “now moving better”. I felt so embarrassed. So basically they will repair if they like the look of you!
