All 3 of my children train here and I can’t praise them enough. Natasha is absolutely brilliant with the kids and puts in 110% effort in everything she does. Regular boot camps always gets them prepared for their gradings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We would highly recommend State of Mind, the classes are well run and disciplined but a lot of fun. State Of Mind did a showcase concert recently and its obvious that the classes have instilled confidence in the students who took pride in their demonstrations. Natasha is a great role model to her students. They are transparent with the pricing which is very reasonable.

I have been to the karate class in Brimington, Natasha is fantastic at tailoring work outs for the individual, I have problems with my knee and she is very good at giving different work out to keep me safe.
