terrible service, the job was not to high standard, faulty install led to water damage, they broke my vacuum cleaner and damaged a door. Sexist, arrogant owner.

Instant response to an emergency, prompt arrival of plumber, speedy & straightforward diagnosis, incredibly helpful & calm response when my ceiling fell in dropping gallons on my piano (not plumber's fault; the fault of the leaky pipe!)

Unfortunately this service is totally unprofessional. They fitted our bathroom and botched it completely, fitting a screen on upside-down, leaving parts unsealed which led to water leakages, and they also left the place in a complete state. When we asked for compensation they claimed we'd left it too long and also that we'd caused the problems ourselves, it was unbelievable. Go elsewhere.

I had a shower room completely refurbished, new shower, basin, toilet and all tiling. The work carried out was of an extremely high standard. The staff were amiable, professional and tidy. I am very pleased with the end result and would recommend them without hesitation.
