Really don't understand the negative reviews, a pretty decent smaller neighbourhood supermarket. Yes there are cheaper prices and better selections to be found elsewhere but for the convenience and range of extra services (Hermes parcel drop, paypoint etc) there isn't anything to complain about.

Today Received extremely very very very bad and unexpected service by olie and Steven.Steven pretended to be a store manager when I needed to speak to store manager about Olie’s very bad behaviour with me. Steven couldn’t control himself so he used very bad language and he abused me in front of their store manager Sebastian.They both used bad language in front of their store manager Sebention to me.It was lucky my 5 years old child was not with me to hear those bad language.I don’t understand why the store manager still keeps those bad stuffs .

Ignore the other reviews.I've always had a really good experience when I've been into this Coop, it has been organised, clean and the staff have always been very willing to help me. Recently a member of staff, Ben (I believe), went above and beyond to help me out as I had an issue with something regarding the Hermes drop-off point. He kindly assisted me in any way he could, and saved me a lot of hassle.Overall - the 50 or so times I've been in this store: I've never had an issue.Perhaps a longer, more contextualised review from the 4, 3, 2 and 1 star reviewers might help convince me to think anything different from what I do. I don't feel they're justified. Don't be put off.

I like here, I always come here to buy food and send parcels. It opens at 7 and closes 23 so I didn’t have to worry about when would it be open or not. It has become my memories during my studying at Bath. Very nice staff and they are professional.

Get some good deals here, but the stock levels and choice is pretty limited. Staff are usually friendly, but have recently been pretty rude.

Convenient from where I live, but there are a lot of essentials missing from the store, and not much variety

Lack of choice of food for such a large shop and basic lack of essentials. Even worse then the morrisons before it. Fish for example extremely poor quality and past it's date yet sold as full price.Clueless about ID from underaged cashiers. Driving licences do not require holograms.
