Use co op a lot. But its not cheap at best of times. There sugar and sugar free drinks are most expensive in country. Have seen pepsie max being sold for nearly £2.87 a bottle. But some stuff is good

Very few items in chiller cabinet. Whole row of freezer cabinets were leaking and water everywhere.Only popped in for a few bits and didn't really get what i wanted. Prices considerably more expensive than Sainsbury's.

Specifically Co-Op is unique They pack so much power and variety into there retail outlets which always brings customers going back. The service sometimes can be slow. If this was rectified in every store I would grant five stars approval.

The self checkouts do not work, the offers never get applied and not even on the tills where staff serve you. My offer didn't work, appalling! I'm not complaining about the satff or anything else JUST THE TILLS AND SELF CHECKOUTS, please update them.

Dreadful shops, pay bills and buy tobacco only. The food is poor quality, over packaged and much too expensive. Staff generally cheerful but the times they aren't puts me off shopping there unless necessary.

Great shop to pick up bits and pieces and essentials. Some great offers to be had too.Till queues can get pretty long in busy moments.

It was raining outside, so my hood was up when I went in and went around the aisle. The security guy came by and told me to take the hood off as it was store policy, and i did. I looked around 6-7 other people with hoods, hats, and caps on. The only difference was that they were white. As I made my point to the security guard, one of the staff came and said it was to prevent theft. I don't mind taking my hood of but nobody else has to because they are white is unacceptable. While I was talking the other member of staff laughs at me.Not going back there!

I regularly pop in to get a few items, although their prices aren’t too bad the staff apart from 1 gentlemen who works there never smile and never pay attention to customers. They leave customers waiting in a queue while they chat amongst themselves.
