Michael showed us round a house we were interested in and was by far the most helpful letting agent we had experience with in the area, offering multiple options should the let not work out etc. It's been a very stressful time trying to rent lately since mortgage increases, but he made us feel much more comfortable about the whole process answering any questions we had about how we could be better applicants and increase our chances of a successful application.
