Customer service was incredible, the two ladies serving our group were very helpful and lovely, made our time at the restaurant very enjoyable, food was so delicious, definitely would recommend

It was cold (freezing) but we did go at a quiet time. The food was great but you have to eat it quickly if you want it warm. They did have hot plates but it could only fit 2 plates so the rest of the food would've gone cold if we didn't rush it.There were wires all over the floor from the oil filled radiators which is a trip hazard. And decor didn't look too great.All in all.... Although the food was great...I wouldn't go again, or recommend as there are plenty of other restaurants / takeaways around

No self service buffet a long wait Chinese owners seem uptight and weird awkward to deal with young waitress was so helpful made up for the over priced foid and awkward system they have set up to order The food was good apart from dessert what was very poor but as a waitress was do professional I just got on with it without walking out

With a heavy heart I have to give this negative review.I had previously eaten here and had a positive experience.Unfortunately the special fried rice I ordered had 4 prawns 6 peas and a couple of tiny bits of chicken and pork, mostly plain rice, disappointing.The chow mein was supposed to be chicken but given special chow mein with 1 prawn peas and barely any chicken at all.It was mother's day so I can forgive the 1 hour wait time, but a bit excessive for take away.If you wait for a long time then your meal should be perfect.Don't think we will return

Always eaten here but very poor meal this time and when did the compulsory 10% service charge get added along with price increase! Staff were not great and the whole experience was a let down.

If I could leave a -1000 I would. Tonight has been the worst service I have ever encountered, 2.5 hours and still not had acceptable starters. Our kids hungry at the table and a big family birthday party ruined, you had the audacity to charge us £200 for going hungry - having to go to McDonalds for dinner. You served us stone cold food when it did arrive 2 hours after we arrived and just generally appalling service and attitude. Having said this the 2 girls at front of house might be your only saving grace, clearly very over worked but remain friendly throughout and continuously apologetic. I am appalled and disgusted about what has happened tonight and it simply was not acceptable in anyway, we watched other tables also have to leave as still awaiting their starters and drinks. I waited nearly an hour for water and chased it 3 times, if you cannot fulfil the orders asked of you then you should not take more. We will not ever eat here again and I would not recommend it anymore to anyone, the whole experience is one none of us will forget anytime soon and not for any good reason. A birthday completely ruined.

Ordered for a delivery. Everythinf that we have ordered turned up correct, was really tasty and hot! It was late by about 3minutes (we didn't even realise) and the driver was apologetic for it, which again was not a problem to us at all :) amazing food, amazing quality and service, highly recommended for an amazing takeaway! ❤️
