I would not recommend Plaster restorations Ltd. Julian is a one man band and sub lets the work to be done by contractors, despite promising us that he would be doing all the work required. He comes across as a friendly, trustworthy man, but we were deceived by his lies. We paid a considerable amount of money for a monocouche render to the house, more than other rivals as he led us to believe & promised that the work completed would be far better than other traders. Since the work was completed July 21, cracks have appeared, air holes have appeared and some mesh is visible(not enough top coat render). Julians excuse is 'I didn't do it, I no longer use that contractor', but unfortunately that doesn't help me. He also admitted after the job competion, he'd never done a monocouche render before and left it to the experience of the contractor, this is not what he told us on initial survey. Don't be disappointed and search for a reputable company with good ,honest reviews.
