RIP Off. charged a £45 and then an hourly fee. He spend most of it talking and didn’t even manage to fix the oven. He will need to fit a motor and expects another call out fee. He “has a van to keep on the road you know!” Well he can certainly afford to when he is getting money for nothing! Don’t let him near your house.

Ripped off my elderly parents. Called out for a few minutes, looked at their dishwasher and told them it would not be worth fixing, charged them £70 call out, didn't give a receipt, then left. Even though his website said free consultation and no hidden costs. Avoid this rip off merchant at all costs.

Charged £45 to simply call out to my house and tell me my dishwasher was broken. Found this to be extremely expensive and dearer than the average call out fee of similar services which seems to be the consensus looking at other reviews on this page. Would not recommend. Cheaper services available.

Had to use Campbell's on several occasions and each time the faults were diagnosed and fixed quickly. Fixed my American Fridge by servicing rather than replacing parts that did not need replaced.I would definitely recommend this firm if you have any electrical appliance faults.

Absolute conman. I'd give 0 stars if possible. In the house for all of 5 minutes and charged a £45 call out fee and made a big deal of not charging his hourly rate on top. For what work?? He called out, looked inside the fridge without even taking the back off and declared it a pile of rubbish that I should replace. He clearly hasn't the knowledge needed for the job as another tradesman replaced a heating element and it was back in perfect working order. Clients should be notified of the call out charge during phone call, but then I think this is how he earns his wage!

I had called and described the issue with my oven and within hours i had the oven repaired and working as good as new. A great knowledge of ovens and another appliances. I would highly recommend!
