Lizzie is wonderful! I started one on one Reformer Pilates with Lizzie initially to supplement my training for a marathon. I haven’t looked back! Lizzie’s bespoke sessions have helped my mobility, strength and overall well being. Lizzie is always smiling, super knowledgeable and puts in a lot of thought to what she’s delivering for every single client. I feel very lucky to have my Pilates sessions with her! I can highly recommend Lizzie.
