Nothing but good things to say about this company. We decided to have one of their alarms installed after we were broken into. The service was very efficient and reassuring. The technicians were friendly and got the job done quickly and cleanly. After the initial alarm installation we have subsequently added other security features to the alarm and to our property using them. Throughout the level of advice and professionalism has been outstanding.

We just had our semi-annual service, Simon the engineer called us beforehand and explained in detail how he would be adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines. He carried out the service wearing a mask and gloves and also sanitised every surface thoroughly whilst he carried out his checks. The whole operation felt very safe thanks again.

Just had our alarms serviced by Simon. Incredible COVID protocols which is important to us as I am considered to be extremely vulnerable. Simon sanitised everything that he had to touch. Service was carried out quickly and efficiently.

The engineer took great care regarding Covid-19 preventative measures as did we. The alarm service was conducted efficiently as usual and batteries replaced where required. System left in good order for another year.

Being of a certain age we have been isolating since March, not even allowed family visits recently permitted. So, after a lot of hesitation and deliberation we finally booked and had our annual service carried out. We need not have worried. All went smoothly, starting from a reassuring pre arrival phone call setting the scene to the usual efficient check of the system with a Covid-19 aware safe approach.Excellent.

Simon visited for our annual alarm service which was carried efficiently as always. I was very impressed with his Covid-safe approach, wearing a mask, wiping all surfaces that he touched and changing his boots.

Had a alarm service today and we were very pleased with the Covid secure precautions taken by Simon , the engineer, who attended. He called us whilst on his way to ask if we were symptom free and advised what precautions he would take, including having a mask on. Whilst on the premises, he had gloves and also cleaned all surfaces he touched with disinfectant.
