Excellent service from start to finish. Matthew was very friendly and accommodating and the fitters did a fantastic job and paid great attention to detail- very impressed and pleased!

so happy with our new carpet and of course the fantastic service we had. Matt kept us informed all the way and the lads that came and laid the carpet were polite and worked hard, they put the carpet down within a few hours! Thank you Carpets 2 U we will be back!

Found these guys as we're recommended to me by my builder. Visited the shop and they had a range of carpet available at different price brackets. Guy in the shop was friendly and helpful. Fitters came out as arranged and were also friendly, quick and efficient. Will use these guys should I need more carpet again in future, thank you!

What a waste of time! We popped into the showroom on Monday 14th August and booked for someone to come out and give us a quote. They couldn't make ut till the following Sat. We knew the size of the hall and asked for a ball point figure but wanted a quote for the dining room as well. All booked for between 8.30 and 9.00 today which is Sat 19th August. . Explained the hall was going to be def done. He said he would bring the fitter diary with him. I gathered that he just wasn't intrested as their was no recommendation or help. We were left to muddle through and choose our own. As I walked out I said to my husband he just wasnt intrested. On the Friday I said he won't turn up. Guess what we were sat waiting at 8.30am all the way through till 9.30am no phone call. No apperance from the non intrested salesman. I wanted this done asap. So what was a 2/3 week wait has now been extended as other fitters cannot get to me till the following Thurs and Friday. I wish they had said the job was too small as I could have asked someone else.

Excellent service, price and quality. Fitting team led by Steve were professional and polite. When the work was finished there was no mess left at all with waste removed from site and everything hoovered and clean. The bathroom viynl installation was particularly excellent with pretty much invisible cuts arond the sanitaryware.would highly recommended the whole carpets 2 u team

Excellent service Matt helped me choose a carpet and wood flooring for the job. Carpet fitters very friendly and took away old carpet and all rubbish. Highly recommend them will definitely use them again.

From the moment we walked into the showroom to the carpets being fitted, the service has been excellent. My mum needed carpets for her new home and Matt gave us some information in the showroom but then left us to wander and decide in our own time. Fitting was arranged and had to be re-arranged on our part due to the house not completing but this was not an issue to them. A time was re-scheduled and the fitters actually arrived early on that day- ringing us to check that this was ok to turn up early. The carpets are of a high quality and the fitting is excellent. They look great and we are very pleased! We highly recommend them.

Matthew got my rental looking fresh. Very fast and professional. Service from the fitters was great too.
