Well where to start, handed my leaf blower in to be looked at due to it breaking down on me. Spoke to Steve on the Friday stating that he would hopefully have it done today if not order parts in for it.Come the next Wednesday heard nothing, so I decided to call up and find out what was happening, to which I encountered a man called Gary who had no intention of finding out what’s happening with my leaf blower as I asked him and his response was well I’ve not looked at that machine so… “I don’t know” This guy is so lazy he couldn’t look at what was happening with my blower because someone else had looked at it. He later told me though, that parts have been ordered for it, however couldn’t tell me what parts, or even how much it would cost? Because he didn’t look at it? Surely if you valued your customers and business you’d make sure you can sort this information. Besides the terrible lack of communication and decorum on the phone with Gary, I went into the store to speak personally about the progression of my machine, turns out when I arrived there no one was in and my leaf blower was left exactly where I left it coincidently at the front of the till( surely hadn’t even looked at it), along with the compartment I’d taken off with the screws in it. I mean just on display for anyone to come in, granted they have a camera system yes, however this is just unacceptable. Just as I’m taking my leaf blower in comes Steve, to which we spoke about my blower, I mentioned that it’s in the same place where I left it last week, and spoken to his colleague on the phone explaining my interaction. I stated that nothings been communicated to me like it was meant to. We backed and forth and he basically accused me of wanting to jump the queue??? Not once did I ask that, I just wanted my blower fixing so that I could continue to provide a high quality garden service. Hence why I needed to know, anyways he insisted that I take it back. What a epic fail of Customer service both steve and Gary really need to reflect on their personable skills and adjust how they work together to provide a service that doesn’t make the customer chase up there machinery to be accused of being pushy to the point of “trying to jump the queue” when it fact they can’t handle that I’ve made them look incompetent at running the place. Not to forget the store is an absolute tip, what a disaster of an experience.

Sadly we had a very bad experience with this company. Whilst we appreciate that mower parts may not be available to order and may take time to arrive, this business had our mower for over 3 weeks (blade replacement). During this time we experienced very poor communication on phoning to request updates. When we arrived to pick up the mower (time agreed the day before), the man present on site told us he knew nothing about the mower and his colleague was not on site. Sadly he didn’t offer to contact his colleague or provide help to resolve the issue; on the contrary he became verbally and physically aggressive with my partner (63 years, retired). His behavior (physically intimidating, pressing his fingers into my partners chest, being rude and using foul language was totally unacceptable; this situation could have escalated very quickly. When I went to the site to complain and to try and retrieve the mower, the man I spoke to (Steve) was helpful; whilst he did not charge us for the mower repair, no apology was offered by the man concerned.

Don’t waste your time. Disgusting service. How they can even get any custom I’ll never know. Go elsewhere and don’t even bother. Never experienced such bad service in all my life.
