We bought two custom hoodies recently - sadly one of the transfers came off in the wash. Quick email to the shop resulted in a new one being sent out and received today (Sat) with a few surprise stickers that the girls loved - for which they said thank you :-)Friendly welcoming shop with really good customer service.
