Already have smeg appliances but was struggling to get To grips on how to use the oven and combination microwave to their full potential so Booked a product demonstration. This was the best decision! Claire and Alice were so welcoming and knowledgeable and I came away with such a lot of information.It is a wonderful showroom to visit and it’s amazing what you can learn. Along with the appliance demonstrations we were also treated to a very tasty lunch to show you what can be cooked and styles of cooking.Thoroughly recommend!

I love the cooking classes. Just watched the focaccia and mozzarella class. I never thought I could make mozzarella. After this class I will be trying it. I love all the tips they give and the background for each class. You can tell that much time is spent on developing the recipe and research. I look forward to more classes. Being in the US I’m looking into buying some Smeg products! It looks like a quality product.

This is a bit of an unexpected gem, I booked an appointment to see a range cooker and was greeted by their friendly showroom staff who were generous with their time to show me the different options and explain the features.They were patient, polite and there was no sales pressure. Whilst browsing I was offered coffee from one of their beautiful machines, which I am now rather tempted by!Any additional questions I had were answered in a follow up email, although I feel I could have confidently decided there and then.In terms of getting there - you can park right outside the building and it is minutes from the A34. Definitely worth a visit if you are considering one of their appliances, but beware you might end up finding coordinating ones that are somewhat irresistible!

Claire and Alice, your Cooking Classes via Zoom are great. Your instructions are clear and easy to follow, your recipes always produce delicious results and in the process I am learning a bit about Italian foodways, seeing Smeg appliances in action is helpful, it’s good that we are able to get questions answered in real time, and basically, cooking along with you both is just plain fun. Thank you Smeg for making these classes accessible online. Since I don’t live in the UK, I would not be able to take them otherwise.

Always excellent demonstrations that are really helpful in taking the angst out of attempting to cook things! Two lovely hosts who present very professionally but also in a friendly manner. Highly recommended viewing.
