They don’t do deliveries on weekends do I have to go there. But I had to wait around 20 minutes at the reception to see someone who can assist.

The staff here are lovely but I can’t speak for the drivers. Tried their best to help. Their open mon to Friday till 8pm which is helpful and it’s not busy. Good system here but a shame they can’t track drivers or vehicles or get through to them promptly.

Valuable parcel (4 figures) being delivered got as far as the Leeds depot before they lost" it without trace. Unbelievable. I can guess where it is - gracing some DHL employees front room. Customer service not bothered. I won't ever be using DHL again as long as I live."

Staff were friendly and dealt with parcel pick up quickly and efficiently. Very good service and no complaints in regards to that side of things.One star knocked off for parking which was terrible. I’m a blue badge holder but one of the two disabled spaces was taken by an employee, sat smoking in his car, presumably on a break. The other was taken but no blue badge in car. Also large vans parked over spaces and blocking the exit.Signs up to entering the car park we’re clear and helped find the entrance easily but once inside, unclear that it’s a one way system, needs better signage.

I missed a delivery this morning and popped down to the depot as I couldn’t contact anyone online, Richard was so lovely and helpful, he found my parcel and even held the door for me! He’s a credit to your company

I paid for Saturday delivery so I can get my parcel on Saturday but what I got just an email said that the driver cannot access my property but I am still sitting on my living room to wait for someone to ring my door but no one ring and how can I know you are arrive? Are you just too lazy to try to deliver my parcel? It is frozen food and I have to wait till Monday in the summer! And no way I can contact to delivery my parcel back on time! The worst delivery ever!

All ways having problem with this company not just at my address but my mum and partners it amazing how I have not had a problem with any other company didn't even attempt delivery I have cctv and I had all my windows open
