Always so helpful in the shop (even though I’m a complete techno phone). Purchased my laptop here a year ago and just had its annual service. Gives me peace of mind to know my laptop is working well. Definitely would and have recommended them to friends.

I have entrusted my computer servicing and sercurity to Mark & John for over ten years. Never let me down and happy to help with any tech problems. Not sure how I would cope without them.

My girlfriend got an excellent new pc from these guys, and I got an even better one! Great service and value.

I am not very knowledgeable about computers just the basics. I bought a desktop a few years ago and now just bought a laptop both from Rayleigh Computer shop. I find the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to advise but didn't try to sell me more than I needed. They also do repairs etc. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I count myself as pretty computer savvy when fixing problems with my pc, but after struggling to fix a non bootable windows, I dropped into Rayleigh Computer Shop totally off the cuff with no warning or phone call to say I was coming. I explained the problem to John, and he got onto it right away. The PC was fixed, cleaned and had a health check. He also re organised the folders and added a few programmes to monitor the temperature and health of the pc, and also some advice on how I could improve it. The pc was picked up the same day, and its flying !!!. Nothing seems too much trouble. Great friendly, and ethusiastic service. To say I am pleased is an understatement. I've been using Rayleigh Computer Shop for quite a time and would thoroughly recommend them. Real customer service, nothing is too much trouble so rare these days. You can leave your computer with them knowing they will sort things out quickly. Totally trustworthy.

I can thoroughly recommend Rayleigh Computer Shop. We have been using them for a number of years now for servicing our PC/anti virus etc. With John and Mark’s assistance they have set us up with a new PC, screen etc, transferred every from our old PC and bent over backwards to help with a few teething problems that us ‘golden oldies’ needed assistance with.
