Cannot recommend Blue Orca Hot Tub Hire enough!!! Was let down by another company after booking 3 months in advance with 6 days till booking. Unsurprisingly everyone was fully booked. Carlene got straight back to me and rearranged everything she already had planned to accommodate a booking for us. Came out on a bank holiday to install it a d checked in every step of the way. Steve was so friendly and left no question unanswered. Entire journey from first contact to collection was amazing, professional and well informed. Had evenings in it with friends, kids in it and some quiet time in the evenings too. A week hire at such a reasonable price with everything you’d need included. Nothing was too much bother for them. Would never use anyone else to book a tub now!!! Utterly impeccable business.

What an amazing and fun weekend the kids (and the adults) with the hot tub! The communication from Carlene was exceptional and prompt. John was quick to set the hot tub and was only a phone call away if there was any problems. We will definitely be using Blue orca hot tubs again.

What a fantastic way to spend a weekend ! The whole experience of using Blue Orca Hot Tubs has been a pleasure from start to finish. Lovely, accommodating staff and efficient delivery and set up.We decided a staycation weekend would be more restful and all four sisters decided that this was the best weekend treat we could have had. We hired a hot tub for the weekend, it was amazing....and so was the service we received. Booking, delivery, set up and collection were very smooth and professional. These guys are amazing. Super friendly and helpful, both in the run up to our hot tub hire, and when setting up/breaking down. The kids (and adults!) loved the themed accessories. All in all, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We hired a Hot Tub from Blue Orca during the half term for my daughters birthday and had the best time. The service from Carlene and John is superb and the hot tub itself fantastic. We will 100% be back again. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much!

We had an excellent weekend with a hot tub for my son 6th birthday! Great communication from start to finish! Lovely chap did the set up and take down, including fairy lights and party banners. He gave easy to follow instructions and my son was thrilled with the inflatables! 100% recommend..we were all very sad when it left!
