Helping Hands Home Care Chigwell

I've had care from this particular branch. As it may be a little pricey it was definitely worth it. You 100% get what you pay for. All the girls i had at the time were amazing and very close net team, they go above and beyond

Helping Hands Chigwell is first class service. Their carers are good people and well-trained. They also do an excellent job of monitoring the situation constantly to be sure things are as they should be. I would highly recommend this service.They offer personal care assistance, companionship visits, financial help and nutrition and hydration help alongside medication support, they can even take your pet for a walk!!highly recommended

There is nothing harder than choosing people to look after an ageing loved one. We are very pleased we chose Helping Hands, based in Chigwell, to look after my Dad. Stanley is very happy with the standard of care and the friendliness and patience of his carers. Supported by an efficient office team, organisation is very good and always an excellent response to any ad hoc changes to the planned schedule. Working together with the family is key to the success of a care plan and communication is always on point and helpful. Thank you to all the Team!

I had care for my Nan early 2022. I must say that the office and care team tried their hardest to accommodate our complexed needs. Unfortunately they couldn’t help with all and that was down to a different department through to a more clinical expertise.Overall a very good experience and happy with the service
