I was nervous about a long-term commitment to a storage unit but Safestore staff have always been kind, flexible and reassuring - particularly Thanh who completely understood my worries and talked me through the options calmly and considerately and found a solution for everything - thank you!

Overall great service! The employees are super friendly and helpful - be it in person or via email. Moving in and out is also intuitive and they are happy to help. Unfortunately, some boxes had clothes moths in it - otherwise all went well!

I had a terrible experience with the store. Initially, we agreed that I could use it for 14 days, but they insisted I pay for four weeks due to their policy. They promised a refund for the 14 unused days, as stated in the contract. However, when I tried to collect my belongings today, they refused to give me the refund. The receptionist, claimed I didn't inform them in a physical notice 14 days prior. When I questioned the requirement of physical notice not mentioned in the contract, he blamed our communication barrier, when we were both speaking in English. I tried calling the head office, but no one answered. As a budget-conscious student, this situation is distressing. I advise others to ensure all details are clearly stated in the contract to avoid being deceived and losing money. The customer service is utterly poor and they are extremely rude as was the receptionist.

Extremely satisfactory and pleasant experience with Safestore Bermondsey shop. Managers and staff are very helpful and responsive in communications even before we visited the shop, answering all my questions and concerns. We were warmly received in the shop by the pleasant and courteous staff, Sean and his colleague, who offered the most efficient and professional services, including helping us to choose the most suitable store-space for our luggage (we requested a too large space in the pre-booking). Highly recommended service, and we will certainly return to this excellent shop and its people whenever we have the need in the future. Thank you very much, Sean, Matt and everybody.

Service was great, Tyrone who normally works at safe store in Morden was covering the store when I arrived and he was very helpful, showed me to my locker and explained everything brilliantly. Would highly reccomend.
