Curtains 2go

I am very disappointed with the curtain hems, which have been sewn with a line of very visible, machine stitches, rather than the blind-stitched hems I had expected.This was my first experience of ordering online, so I had assumed the curtain hems would be sewn like others I have had made eg by Dunelm, with the hemmed seam invisible from the front of the curtain.The company’s response to my complaint was to reaffirm that “this is the way they always hem their curtains and there was no point in remaking them as the result would be the same”.I was offered 25% off a subsequent order, but as I prefer my curtains to look professionally made, I definitely won’t be ordering from Curtains 2go again.I have attached 3 photos of the curtains made by Curtains 2go and two of another curtain I had made, showing the type of blind hem I had anticipated receiving.

This company is just awful. I spent £749 on made-to-measure curtains and they have arrived cut wonky with 98% of the curtains being shorter than ordered. They are claiming that their production team say that they were correct so they won't remake them. This is despite me sending multiple videos of me literally measuring the curtains and proving that they are shorter than ordered and videos of them hanging clearly showing that they are wonky. Apparently the very small area in the photo below being the correct length means that they have delivered as ordered and they're claiming that they may have shrunk when posted and will eventually correct, it's just ludicrous.

Ordered one pair of eyelet curtains. Very pleased with them. Ordered a second pair to fit same length pole - they arrived with 1m40cm less fabric, look almost flat on my window, hugely disappointed. This company boasts superb customer service - I have not found this to be true. They simply said the curtains were made in a different factory - I fail to see how this is an adequate explanation. Although curtains seem well made - do double check the fullness of curtains you will receive before ordering anything from them, to avoid wasting your money as I have.

I had two sets of curtains made to measure in Orla Kiely Fabric, with blackout linings. They were made and delivered far quicker than expected, and packed really well. They are really well made, and cost less than I had been quoted for the same fabric from another made to measure curtain company. I would highly recommend and would buy from here again.

Poor service on warranty ! does not mean much. Be aware and shop elsewhere !

Very good selection, on line information and ordering process. Products were delivered in a reasonable timeframe, properly packaged and shipped. Product quality is excellent, and easy to install. The finished appearance is excellent. Very happy customers !!

Got some curtains and it didn't come with the poles. When I called the service line, they said they only mention about pole width and do not provide the poles. These are custom made curtains and it clearly asks for the pole width on the website. All they have offered is for me to reorder the curtains i.e buy two new sets of curtains OR find another company that offers the pole. What is the point of getting customised curtains from this place then?

Delivered a damaged item, and the curtain style does not match the images displayed on their website. When seeking a refund under my consumer rights for damaged goods, they have been trying to avoid the refund I am entitled to; asking for more and more picture of irrelevant aspects. The product quality is also extremely cheap, despite a premium price.

Absolutely appalling service. I’ve ordered curtains on the 04/09/23 and they were supposed to be dispatched on the 15th however it’s the 25/09 today and they’re not even dispatched yet. I keep calling the customer service and they’ve got no updates for me , requested to cancel the order but I’ve been told that their dispatch team would confirm if it’s possible within 48 hours but it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t heard from them. I called again this morning to be told that they’ve sent another request to provide an update/ or cancel the order and it will be another 48 hours. In the meantime we’re forced to sleep in our bedroom with the bus stopping right outside every morning with no curtains on. I can’t buy curtains somewhere else because curtains 2 go have been ordered to measure so I won’t be able to return them once they’re delivered ( which at this point might as well be in 2024) and would end up with 2 pairs of curtains and wasted money. I asked them to provide me with the number to the production team so I can get some answers right now but unfortunately they don’t even have the number themselves. Do not recommend….

Disappointing company and products.They advertise 7-10 working day delivery. In practice it's about 1 month. We had an issue with one of the curtains, they accepted to replace it but it took almost another month to get it. So a total of 2 months to have what we ordered.Also, their blackout" lining does not cover the extremities of the curtain. Light doesn't go through the lining
