Excellent conveyancing. Whitney Jacque was my solicitor for buying my first home. She is very efficient and professional - there was almost no delay between my request and her actions and she explained all the details to me clearly. She also offered me advice on various situations which I found extremely helpful. I was very happy to have her as my solicitor.

I would not recommend their conveyancing services. Our experience was cumbersome from start to finish. It was a long and stressful process that involved late enquiries, wrong communication with the lender, and missed money (cashback from lender missed, had to request to get paid).

Atrocious firm. Zero customer care. Zero responsibility accepted for utter mismanagement. Made a very difficult time even more difficult by not responding to emails for weeks when they knew time was of the essence. Had to take the matter to the legal ombudsman and received compensation, but the firm's stance is still that they were not at fault at all! Incompetent and rude throughout.
