Customer Service second to none. I was having great difficulty with my existing spectacle frame, and all of the staff at Mark Davis went over and beyond expectations in resolving the issue for me. I highly recommend this optician.

Went in for regular check up and had a haemorrhage spotted. Sent to the hospital who praised Mark Davis and his staff for being so dilgent. Always good service here.

My wife received absolutely excellent service; the staff in Spondon were very helpful and efficient. However, we were very pleased and surprised one evening to have delivered to our home a pair of spectacles brought all the way from the Birmingham area. These were delivered specially as it was known that we were going away on holiday. Exceptional service - thank-you!

Lovely local hearing & eye care specialists with ample parking in the village. Have been a patient here for a few years now and always receive a warm welcome from the receptionists and the optometrists are knowledgeable, friendly and always on time. Good range of glasses and sunglasses with discounts for over 60s. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
