Literally just spoke to the most amazing lady. Kat managed to sort out 3 queries for 3 members of my family in under 5 minutes. genuinely the most helpful person ever to work there. And not one ounce of attitude from her, NOTHING was too much trouble. Let's hope she stays there!

Worst surgery in London!! I'd give it -10 if I could.I registered myself and my daughter in January. Sent in all the forms along with an email asking them to contact me back if anything was missing or if they needed any more information. Never heard back from anyone. Turns out in March I found out by chance that my daughter had not been registered and no one ever contacted me about it. It's a disgrace. This place deserves all the bas reviews it gets. The service is appalling. Stay away if you can.To make it worse, they have an extremely rude receptionist. I repeated back to her information she'd just given me in order to confirm I heard her right, and she rudely replied twice I was asking for information she'd already given me. Absolute disgrace!!! Appalling lack of respect. Also, I had a phone appointment scheduled and it got cancelled without notice. I had to call in to ask why I wasn't receiving a call from the GP as promised, to only then be told my appointment had been rescheduled. Shocking!!Update: This surgery has lost literally ALL my medical records from 2015 to 2020. I found out as I requested a copy of a medical report from 2016 or 2017. My previous surgery confirmed they had sent them all of my records but victoria medical center had the cheek to blame them for having lost my information. A receptionist at Victoria medical center even told me to contact the council to ask for a copy of my medical records!? Unbelievable. These people are completely clueless , irresponsible and useless. I even called 4 times to speak to the practice manager about this and he's always avoided me. I was told several times he'd contact me back and never did. He obviously never will.Stay well away from this surgery. They're absolutely disastrous. Shameful.

Terrible surgery. Impossible to get an appointment. Receptionists are rude and intrusive and Nurses/GPs are not much better either. Overall staff are very unhelpful and inattentive. Strongly discourage anyone from signing up here.

The lack of communication is ridiculous.I’ve been with this GP approx 5years waiting for an improvement that won’t happen.Even when asked to make an appointment and given the reasons for it, I called and repeated said information only to be told the opposite while being made to feel as if I didn’t know what I was doing.I’m called to sign up for programmes that I’ve waited A YEAR for something I didn’t for.Still waiting for over a year for a referral and when I call for updates, there’s barely any want to help as I can tell that the receptionists themselves are tired of the work culture in this GP.Whether they mean it or not, the environment they’re working in is affecting their customer service.Lack of communication, very little patience for others, lack of follow-up. Clearly organisational procedures here are not working here.Looking for a new GP with better reviews because I honestly can’t put up with this anymore.

I arranged an appointment for bloods with a following appointment with the GP to review. Attended the first appointment only to be told that a blood test has to be referred, this was never communicated booking the appointments with the incompetent receptionist. Now rearranged and hopefully they can get off it a better start. Appalling communication and time wasting thank god I had private cover to get the medication I needed. I moved form one incompetent surgery to this one and what a start……….

I’ve moved a lot in my time, and have had many different gps, but none come close to the awful service provided by Victoria Medical Centre. I have too many examples of poor service to detail, but I’ll detail my most recent…I required my GP to sign a basic form which should take under a minute (based on my records and previous experience) in order to renew my drivers license. After queueing for around 30 minutes, I was told to come back the next day. After coming back the next day for and queueing for just over 35 minutes, I was told to come back the next day again. After queueing for 45 minutes, I was told that I would need to contact a separate GP that specialises in the field. I thought this was strange as I go through this process every year with my GP, but I thought there may be a change in process. After going through the ringer, the ‘specialist GP’ confirmed only my GP could sign such. This was reaffirmed by a government body. I then returned (having to only queue for 20 minutes this time) and was told I would require an appointment which couldn’t happen for 3 weeks. The appointment was rescheduled 2 days before and I was told the only date and time that was possible that same week. I managed to make it, only for my GP to no show…. Awful awful practice.

Very poor customer service, I’m very surprised that the receptionists there are still employed. Received the worst customer service this morning at 10:27am, did not catch the receptionist name but she had a very bad attitude towards me and did not listen to my needs at all. She said my appointment was not important at all and to call elsewhere if I required an ‘urgent’ appointment. It felt as if I was wasting her time, my time wasn’t value and she belittle my urgency. I would not recommend to go here as some of the receptionist are incompetent.

Absolutely shocking service. Besides the fact that you can never get through to them on the phone, they also booked me in for urgent blood tests at the wrong location. When arriving I was then told that it is basically my problem and there’s nothing that they can do. 1 is a strong star for this place.

Worst surgery in London!! I'd give it -10 if I could.Negligence and disgusting way to treat human beings not to mention patients are the key words to describe how this practice is operatingI am surprised the is no investigation from NHS as such a practice should not be allowed to treat patients or humiliate them.I am appalled by the decline in service at the Victoria Medical Centre. It was never great, but over the past few years it has gone from mediocre at best to categorically unacceptable. It is only fair to note that front-line staff (i.e., doctors, nurses) are generally pleasant and seem well-intentioned, but desk staff is thin on the ground, with regular queues of patients waiting for service from a single, disinterested, borderline-rude person who will provide bare minimum support. The roster of doctors is just a revolving door, so don’t expect to see the same person twice.Do you have a complex condition requiring frequent/regular visits? Clear your schedule, because you’ll need hours available to spend on hold waiting just to speak with someone; and if you’re extra lucky, you might be treated to a phone tree that keeps you waiting for 20 or 30 minutes before simply disconnecting your call.

Rude receptionists. I chose to see a private GP today, as I didn’t want to be put in a position where I would need to beg them for an urgent same day appointment, as I did last time. The last receptionist I spoke with made me cry and responded in a very rude way to my tears.
