I have owned several Blackpool properties for more than 20 years. During that time I have tried a couple of different Managing Agents and ended up doing most of the work myself! And then I found Jonathan at Kays and all my problems were solved and my prayers were answered. It doesn't matter who I deal with in the Kays office, usually Jonathan and Kate but all other members of staff are extremely helpful and lovely to deal with too. All of the staff are very professional and competent. Provide helpful information to landlords, respond promptly to issues, and deliver detailed monthlt statements of rents collected. Excellent service when a new tenant sought. The best Agents that we have encountered.

If There is an option for negative star i would have given -ive 5 for this cowboy agent. They are one of the worst Estate Agent in Blackpool. They normally doing commercial properties and do not provide details of the property when listing it. As Estate Agents are the first and only contact for getting the details, it is crucial to provide property details . The person normally contacting would be Jonathan Derbyshire and is arrogant on phone and of no use (what else can expect from ex-military man.). If you are foreigner they are arrogant and hard to deal with them even though you provide the proof of fund and highest on offer. They would try to sell the property to native people.
