Can't recomend Dacre's highly enough. We used them to sell our property on the South side of Harrogate in spring 2022. We had viewings within 24 hours of the property going live and had several offers after 72 hours to choose from. Having taken advice to go to full and final offers we accepeted an offer in excess of the guide price within one week of marketing the property! We were amased at the ease of the whole process and were very satisfied with the whole process. Special mention to James who was our main contact, he kept us informed at every step of the journey and couldnt have inspired more confidence!
