Such a life saver!!!I accidentally locked my car keys inside my car in the morning. Rang up a locksmith and they said there was an issue in my lock and they were unable to open it.Then found key safe automotive locksmith!Absolutely amazing service. Such a brilliant guy. I had lost my key at work and was in a bit of a panic as that was my only car key (I know, a bit silly of me to not get another one made). I reached out to all the local locksmiths to see whether they can resolve it and also getting quotes off them. Every single one of them said it would take 2 weeks as they need to order the key in from the official dealership. As I heavily rely on my car, I really didn't want to wait that long.I then came across Key Safe. They also said the same as the other Locksmiths about waiting 2 weeks to order the key in. Key Safe also turned out to he the cheapest out of all the locksmiths I contacted for the service where I would have to wait 2 weeks. However, they then mentioned to me that they have another service they do have which can get a key replacement on the same day but usually do not offer as it can be a bit pricy as they have to do the coding and programming themselves. I went for that option as I needed my car. Again, I also came across someone else offering the same service and Key Safe were a lot cheaper!Mani is an absolute gem and really professional as she constantly kept me up to date with everything and also reassured me they have the expertise to resolve the issue which is really nice to have as it made me feel they are taking this very seriously and want to resolve my issues as much as I do.Feroz the engineer came down, again he is really a down to earth person and easy to get along with. I showed him my car and he did the rest. An hour later I had two sets of fully working car keys in my hand which was a huge relief.6 weeks later, unknowingly my keys stopped locking and unlocking the car. I reached out to Mani and she wanted to immediately resolve the issue for me and understood exactly what I was experiencing. Must say she is so easy going and really nice to talk to. We arranged a day for an engineer to come in and resolve my issues. Feroz showed up and he resolved my issues within an hour by providing me with two replacement keys. I also made him a request on if its possible for my car windows to be controlled by the keys as my original key would do that. He also sorted that with no issue what so every. And again I was really satisfied by their expertise, professionalism and outstanding customer service.Overall, Key Safe made my horrible situation of losing my keys a lot less horrible by sorting out my concerns almost immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in a similar situation to me or whether you have any other car key issues whatsoever. Wonderful Service! My Peugeot Partner van needed a new key as a matter of urgency as I am in and out of my van all day for work. Key Safe Auto came out to me that evening & provided me with everything I needed. Would definitely use again.
