Inside Out Pilates
I can recommend Inside Out Pilates. Dianne, who runs the classes, is very knowledgeable and makes sure everyone in the class is completing the moves correctly. The classes are progressive and encourage improvement in ability. However, Dianne always gives different options for each move so everyone can work at their own level. Classes are also friendly and enjoyable.

Inside Out Pilates
I really enjoyed my sessions with Di, she simplified everything for me and was really patient while I got the hang of Pilates. I felt great after our sessions and would thoroughly recommend her.
