Vertu Toyota Leicester

My experience at this Toyota Leicester on a Golden ticket open day. I went down early morning with a car in my mind and few questions. I was looked after by Ryan, I would probably say that this is one of the worst service I have ever received at a dealership from Ryan (sales man). He was so rude, He had no knowledge about the car. Worst of he was scarcest about my question and arrogantly replied with he's stupid personal opinions. Only thing he was good with is ruining someone's day with that attitude. I wouldn't give 1 star review because other sales people and manager were great, but with that kind of service really puts weigh down to overall customer rating.I was so close to make official complaint but it would not show how I felt to possible people out there who totally rely on honest review.

From the initial enquiry to driving away in our new car the experience was extremely professional, but at the same time equally friendly. As a fairly good customer with Farmer and Carlisle Toyota always good service I have to say since vertu not so good - I we ordered a brand new Yaris X - husband picked it up- got it home and I questioned why warning light was on for tyres to be told very hard to get right pressure in tyres - but they were fine" by Stuart - took me minutes...... My daughter proceeded to buy secondhand Yaris - made appointment with Ryan - gave details of the car interested - wanted to test drive automatic - he arranged a manual - several further problems and Stuart takes over - not a good experience for my daughter - car advertised with SatNav - didnt have one - told Stuart had sorted it but she had better give him 10 out of 10 rating or it won't get fitted - I don't like blackmail - we gave him rating just so it go fitted - them complained to management about situation- offers have been made to try to make us feel better - but what would of made us feel they were genuinely sorry would have been a letter/email to my daughter from Stuart apologising- this should of appeared mon/Tues- nothing.... they don't care they just want your money - sorry no more toyota cars for us ...... (6 previous new cars purchased)Over a week later still no action

Very bad customer service at leicester toyota service department n rude staf i have paid £333 n no car wash i ll never go back for service. Mr jama

I had a clutch changed they charged me 1000 pounds three times more than any other garage and in less than two years it broke down. Last year I had a family emergency with a close family member with cancer and they would not look at my car for 2 weeks. They did not care. Since Vertu they went downhill avoid them like the plague. All they care is money.

As an existing customer of F&C now Vertu, the change of name has seen a change in customer service from excellent to non existent, looking to change my car bought new three years ago for another new one but can’t even get anyone to return my callJust seen the response from three days ago and for the record nobody has been in touch

Bought a car from them last year. Took it to my local Toyota for MOT for driving roughly 7000 miles and have been told car has a lot of rust and needs a lot of work doing: Suspentions arms, brake pads and disks, handbrake cable. Very disappointed as I expected the car to be in much better condition and unknowingly bought a terrible car.Edit- even after they’ve replied to this, I emailed them but have had no response
