One of the few places for a wide variety of products. Bought perfume for my mothers birthday. Sonia the Chanel assistant was an absolute legend. She helped and gift wrapped the bottle. Little gestures go along way rather than buying online. Definitely recommend.

Birmingham flagship store. For those that remember this was the old LITTLEWOODS. This has a pharmacy and a whole vast array of men's and ladies products ranging from toiletries to afterhaves/perfumes. They have food items and meal deals. They have a small but insignificant clearance section. It's the biggest branch in Birmingham if not the West Mids.

A nice place to shop cosmetics of all ranges. Staff is nice to help you in choosing makeup items. Its a bit expensive rather than other shops.

Yasmin was absolutely amazing! She colour matched my concealer so perfectly, I couldn’t believe it. I’m not the best at matching myself, but she did it so effortlessly. Fantastic customer service and positive bubbly and vibrant young woman!

I have stopped coming here as twice i collected an online order and twice the machines went off when leaving the store meaning i had to be stopped. Horrible experience because they could not be bothered to remove the tags knowing fully well that it would set off the scanners at exit. When i reported it to the store manager, he wasn't bothered and fobbed me off to his assistant who wasn't that interested in preventing a reoccurence. Sort it out Boots

I had an amazing experience at the Givenchy counter. I needed help to buy a perfume as a gift and Goldie was amazing at helping me chose! The Givenchy perfume I bought is absolutely amazing! And she also got me to get a boots card! Thank you so much your your amazing customer service !

Absolutely disgusting customer service!! went in and was blamed for stealing when it was a problem in their own faulty machinery and the receipt i was given was invalid! the security guard was incredible rude and did not even bother apologising when he went to check the cameras and realised he was in the wrong, and did not even bother explaining their own mistakes and his colleague attempted to lock the doors when we were given the right of passage to leave, the lady at the self service was astonishingly rude and lied about not remembering that she had seen us and would not confirm we did not steal.

Went to spend a voucher and use points. Most tills are now self serve but you can use your points and gift vouchers on the machines so was able to do what I wanted.Large selection of Christmas gifts already in stock and plenty of medication self helps to browse.

I went to get some photos printed and the process was quick and impressive. The machine on the underground floor handled the photo printing. Give it a try and you'll thank me later.Bashil was incredibly helpful in cutting the photos to the right sizes. The security team on the ground floor assisted me in locating the machine. I had a wonderful experience at Boots.
