Yes a good experience. Very helpful and friendly salesperson who found me the car I wanted (well almost nothing is absolutely perfect). Good at the handover with appropriate level of tuition to get me started. After sales fine so far we’ll done.

Pre service check found rear windscreen wiper worn/split.This wiper was replaced 7 days prior to the service with a Bosch replacement ,The mechanic had obviously not looked at it .This starts to ring alarm bells about everything else that then gets highlighted.Because the mechanic could not remove a supposedly seized part , they advised replacing the whole steering rack circa £1800, taking the final bill to £3660.In your booklet that you give at the end, you stipulate you will return your Volvo in tip-top condition “giving it a thorough wash and vacuum” this was not done .You also stipulate you will update all software , my sat nav was not updated ,Luckily enough you provide Volvo assistance after a major service , because 6 days after picking up my car from you ,on my first long journey since the service the car had over heating problems , this was due to the electric fans not cutting when the car stopped at lights or traffic hold ups .Worn (NOT) wiper blades picked up but not inoperable engine cooling fans ?I was not impressed on Wednesday 2nd when I had to call out Volvo assistance,Especially when the nice lady informed me my car was not on the system and she would have to do further checks, after she sorted it for me she advised I contact the servicing garage to make sure the had entered my details into the system.On calling said Garage the service department did not pick upand my call went back to reception were it had initially been routed from ,The receptionist went into the service dept and checked if anyone was in there ,She confirmed there was, she then re-routed my call back to the service dept where they too an inordinately long time to pick up.After checking the system I was informed that the wrong box had been ticked and they would correct it which hopefully has been done .

I have been having some minor challenges with my company Volvo in relation to the On Call app. My local retailer, lease company and Volvo themselves have been slow to act and have largely failed to fix the problem between them. One visit to Endeavour and Ben managed to fix the issue and check its operation within 5 minutes flat. Now, that is what I call top level service and I am delighted to be back to full operation. Thank you Ben - you are a star!

Very quiet showroom, I don't think they expect visitors; the receptionist seemed a bit disinterested as did the (presumably) sales person who eventually came out to handle my enquiry, no offer to take my details when the vehicle I was interested in became available.I guess for some people this SUPER low pressure approach is preferable...

Had my Polestar serviced here. Big mix up with being able to have my car collected which delayed my service by a couple of weeks.Car came back with the most basic of washes - inside door sills still dirty and lots of dust inside the car still. Driver who brought it back mentioned he thought the valet wasn’t good good. Washer fluid wasn’t refilled as the warning notification came on 2 days later.Minor things but have had much better quality service here in the past.
