Delighted with my car from this company, had a problem with it in the 1st week which was immediately dealt with by the company I'd buy from them again. Thank you so much just used cars

Split across different locations but this wasn't a huge issue, the customer service seemed reasonable enough when purchasing but as much as I expect there to be a few issues in purchasing an old car after purchase I realised there were issues I hadn't been made aware of when purchasing. When I raised this issue and asked to have it looked at I was told it wasn't covered, and when I asked for a copy of the paperwork I signed for the warranty, recalling it had no such list of what it did not include, they could give me none and I was told to look on the website after the event. I took issue with this as it left me feeling I had wasted £500 on a warranty that was basically useless, and also took issue with being sold a car with a fault that I was not made aware of before buying. This was distorted as me being somehow rude as if I had somehow done or said something to offend them. I've worked in customer service and know the difference between a legitimate complaint and plain rudeness. Despite apologising anyway and them offering to look at the fault as a courtesy gesture" I never heard back from them

Unfortunately, this is not actually a real car yard location. I arrived to the registered address following the timings as advertised on the website as supposedly open and found a residential street. Rang the registered number and was told that if you want to see cars, you need to call ahead and arrange it as the cars are actually in 3 locations. Would suggest to the business owner to make that clear on the website to avoid disgruntled reviewers.I did not see 'by appointment only' as the business owner has suggested.We were passing through so saw no point in wasting my or the business owner's time in talking about which cars I was interested in as we were hoping to pop in. Obviously this wasn't possible. Having had little experience of second hand car yards, what may be obvious to the business owner is not so obvious to me.C'est la vie!
