Green Acorn Property

Green Acorn, and David in particular, have been fantastically efficient in managing our property. They don't charge spurious set-up fees, they found us good tenants, they have carried out any work that needed to be done, they have inspected the property and sent photos, and the rent has always been paid on time. Their communication has been great from the start. They are almost too good to be true. I would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Green Acorn has been excellent, you couldn't ask for anymore from a landlord or letting agent. They have always been friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful throughout my tenancy. They were always quick to respond to my queries and fast to solve any problems. Uniquely, they also strive to find tenants who would fit in with the current tenants. My housemates were all of a similar age and all sociable, many of them have become good friends. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Green Acorn Property in Bristol have been fast, efficient and reliable at finding and vetting suitable tenants for me and my partner’s properties. I can not recommended their services highly enough for both single let and multiple occupancy properties.I’m aware of other properties they manage and they offer great quality, well managed accommodation for students and professionals alike. The other landlords they work with that I am aware of are high calibre which is a testament to them being masters in their craft. They are great communicators and keep prospective tenants up to date every step of the way. That’s what we really liked about them.Green Acorn Property have come up trumps and been fantastic working for me and my partner in finding professional tenants. David especially has guided us through the process of finding quality tenants from check in to move out and is always on hand to give advice even when not fully managing the property.The systems they use and adopt seem very up to date, modern and safe and from the very first time we engaged with them (back in August 2021) we have continued working together as me and my partners property portfolio has grown. It took less than a week for them to find our first batch of tenants.They have proved an integral part of the letting process and our overall property business. David and everybody we have dealt with in the letting office seem very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.I am glad we came across Green Acorn Property at a local property event in Bristol. Whether it’s a question about maintenance, local trades contacts or management advice they are always on hand to advise.David also made the effort to come and visit our properties each time, provide advice and feedback on the end product to make the properties optimum for renting to both professionals and students. It’s been over two years now and our business relationship is still going strong.We have had nothing but a positive experience and their due diligence with landlords and tenants alike is fantastic.From start to finish they found, vetted and checked several tenants within a matter of days most recently for us which has helped me and my partner keep void periods to a minimum resulting in a quick turnaround re-letting rooms in our HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation).We will shortly be in touch with them again for further room rentals this coming November and as and when new properties come online and have been refurbished ready for rental. David is also great to bounce ideas off and is very knowledgable when it comes to good rental catchment areas and viable investment properties.Update since I wrote this review:Their reply to my original review is a testament to their care and attention they give to their customers. Green Acorn Property were fantastic. I really recommend them and have to give credit to Charles for being so easy to work too.Some of the property agents I've experienced in the past can be really rude or not attentive can leave weeks to deal with an issue (if not a pressing one) or ignore you in the property altogether. Green Acorn were the opposite of this completely. If there was ever an issue Charles would always help us as soon as possible, emailing or calling me to keep me informed of the progress, at no extra charge.Thank you Green Acorn for making the whole process hassle and stress free :)

My experience with Green Acorn Property was great. I was indeed a bit worried by letting agencies in England but I was positively surprised with Green Acorn which is really reliable and always helpful.They were quite reactive when there was issues or repairs at the property; everything is solved within a couple of days. You can definitely put your trust in them!

Green Acorn have done tenant referencing for two of my properties. I chose them as my agent after going through their reviews on google and I must say that they have kept up to their reputation. I have had a very pleasant and hassle free experience with David who has been very professional in his dealings and the communication has been excellent. On both the occasions he found quality tenants for my properties and that too fairly quickly. I will surely use their services in future and do recommend them highly.

In my situation, Green Acorn Property dealt only with the tenant recruitment, whereas the landlord dealt with the rest. Generally, I found David and his agency to be friendly when I was looking for a room to rent in Bristol. He was also quick to reply, even after I paid the deposit and the first month's rent.However, despite my initially positive experience with David, I am unable to give Green Acorn Property a positive review because of one of the landlords they work with. I think people should know to STAY AWAY from TJP Property, which have a house on Breach Road in Bristol. This is a premium" house share

Great estate agents, can't complain about anything.Me and my friend was in need for a flat in Bristol desperately. I was lucky enough to have Charles with me who helped me view the flat and sort out the deposits later that day in a hassle free way. Since then, when I have needed help with something or any queries I have, they never fail to get back to me very quickly and always manage to help me out.Would definitely recommend to anyone, staff are brilliant (especially Charles)

I had a wonderful experience with Green Acorn Property, I was a medical student at the time fully aware of the housing crisis of Bristol and how quickly you have to be to find a property. Green Acorn responded very quickly and efficiently and helped organise a viewing for a property that fit my needs exactly. I stayed at Breach House in Bristol with a fantastically thoughtful landlord (TJP Property) who was very respectful and really cared about making the experience positive. I genuinely felt he went above and beyond when decorating the house and communicating with the tenants about their preferences/ any issues we faced. I also appreciated how clearly the contract was worded and how at the end of the tenancy, the deposit was returned quickly. I have written this review to give my honest feedback on Acorn and TJP property as I had a really excellent experience despite reading one (the only one I can see) negative experience which appears to be hyperbolic and not at all representative of my experience with these 2 companies. I have since completed my degree but continue to recommend the house to other medical students the year below me, due to having such a good experience.

I found Green Acorn on SpareRooms and got a lovely premium house share with all professionals. I filled out the form after viewing and got the confirmation in a couple of days. David handled my agreement and move in while TJP Property handled the rent and house maintenance. Not that maintenance was needed. The house was kept nice and clean with communal cleaners and the housemates were amazing. The landlord was responsive and actively sorted out issues when we had any in the house related to washing machine breaking down and such. I lived there for about 6 months and when I did move out, I was given full deposit (and remaining rent) returned to me within a week. So all in all a good experience. Here’s a happy picture when I used to live there :)
