Came into the store with an old, inherited film camera (not bought in store) and Andrew was extremely helpful. He took the time to check the condition of the camera and explain the various functions and features to me, displaying a wealth of knowledge. He then helped me select the best film for me needs as well. Brilliant service - I left with a smile.

Good place: I had a problem with my Nikon, under warranty: they booked it in to return then had a look themselves and sorted it - the mirror was jammed down, and they released it and it is fine. Recommended - the don't just sell cameras, they know what they're doing

Excellent place, the staff took time to help us get a nice card printed for Mother's Day. Plus when my partner left her bag in the shop they kept it safe, and disaster was averted!In a world of Instagram and cameraphones it feels like this little a little island of human contact. They even have the new style of Polaroid cameras, ensuring that the physical medium of photography has not died just yet.Recommended!

Brought in some 120 film to be developed. They had to ship it to a developer in London and asked if I would be okay with it being ready in 2-3 weeks. I said yes. Three weeks being over and done with I went into the store to check if they had it back and I was told that it hadn't arrived and that it has only been 14 business days so technically it had only been two weeks. Why was I not told it would be ready in 14-21 business days? I would have taken my business elsewhere. Thorougly unimpressed. Such a pain and £12 for 8 photos. I haven't had problems like this anywhere else.Update: got my film back. It wasn't mine. Now they have to send it back to London and hopefully track down my film.

I recently did an album at the store and was a novice at it. All I can say is all the staff who assisted me were brilliant, but a special thanks goes to Krzysztof. His eye to detail really paid off. I picked up my album yesterday and thrilled with it.

Originally thought was to research. Went to Curry's first in Botley Road, Oxford, hardly any cameras on display, asked someone for help, who couldn't answer and said someone else can help. Four sales people passed me, not one of them asked if I needed assistance. I decided to walk out. Next stop Jessops in Oxford. What a contrast in customer service. Spoke to both and were equally helpful. Could not do enough to be honest. It was so good I actually bought a camera because the advice I wanted was so clear and answered my questions. I noticed at the same time a student came in also asking questions, and guess what... he also bought a camera. Two sales based on superb customer service.Thank you.

What great service! Such a busy time of year, yet from when I phoned them until I received my order they were amazing. I wanted to buy 2 frames then have photos from my Google Photos put into them (2 x different sizes). Once I chose my frames, the gentleman assisted me from uploading to cropping the photo so that the fit would be perfect. They put the photos into the frames and ensured they were securely wrapped. Not cheap but high quality service and products. High quality frames and high quality prints mean that my Mother and sister will be very happy with their prints of the kids' school photo!

Brilliant staff, very polite with lot of knowledge and always smiling. Special mention to the Manager of the shop, very attentive and professional. Many thanks for everything in general.I would recommend this shop to anyone interested in a new camera.

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I've visited, the staff have been extremely generous with their time and knowledge. Thanks in particular to Andrew, who got my old film camera up and running and gave me some great tips on using it. I look forward to my next visit.
