Fantastic service! Such an excellent, friendly, caring and supportive team. Holly, Martine and Jo were all superb, and so professional. They all provided me constant communication, guidance and advice throughout the 2 x interview phase, checking up on me and providing feedback. They made the whole finding an alternative career path so easy for me, and complimented my CV, skills and experience and made me feel so special and deserving of the role they secured for me! I had not heard of Clearwater People Solutions before, but had a call from Leila who had seen my CV on one of the job sites. They had a role that she wanted to run past me, and put me forward for it. I was invited for interview with the company and offered a fantastic FTC role all in a few days. Polite, courteous and helpful to the last.

I am so surprised, and have never experienced such amazing yet professional service. I had two recruiters - Nathan and Johnie, who were with me every step of the way, prepped me and gave me the confidence and support I needed. So open, genuine and personable, it is because of them I found the perfect job after being unemployed for a while and amidst the pandemic, during which I was in contact with a lot of recruiters and agencies, with no luck.
