Stress for 4 weeks until my light eventually arrived. Should have taken 10 days max.Someone in charge, please improve your service quality, your business is getting poor reviews due to slow orders and poor communication to customers.

Ordered a light in August, hadn't received order after a couple of weeks, rang shop on several occasions and was assured they were on their way, light never arrived. Rang asking for a refund, again, promised I would get my money back but they didn't refund my money. Ended up contacting my bank and they refunded the money. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would.I made an order and paid July 31st with the delivery promised within 3-10 working days.15 working days later I followed up to see where my item was only to receive an email back a week later saying they were sorry it was out of stock. Disappointing enough, that they’d taken my money and not proactively refunded once the order could not be fulfilled and I had to chase it up.Third week of August I asked for a refund. After several emails, today 15th October I still have not received this refund.Will be looking to report this company to trading standards.

I placed an order on 27 August. The website advertised next day delivery. However I then received an email to say dispatch would be 3-10 working days. I still have not received my light. I have completed the contact form on the website and left a voicemail. I have had no response. Having read the numerous similar reviews I am now concerned that my order will not be fulfilled!

Ordered a ceiling light. Said 3-10 working days which had now passed. Have been trying to reach them but to no avail. My husband's email and my voice message seem to fall into a blackhole. From the reviews it seems they don't even refund. I think I have lost my money. Avoid, avoid and avoid at all cost

The item said (and still says on the website!) 3-10 working days for delivery. It actually took 8 weeks, I had to chase multiple times and not once did Ocean proactively contact me to inform me of or explain any delays. Terrible service - order elsewhere.

I've ordered from this company for nearly 10 years and never had a problem until this summer. Like many reviewers here, they seem to allow you to pay for a product, then when you chase it up, it's out of stock. I've also been waiting for a refund since August and have been told twice that the finance staff are working the warehouse (!). I've just contacted the founder and CEO on Linkedin but will probably have to track him down via other means. I can only think this lot are going under, which is why no-one's getting anywhere. I'll never order from them again.

I think Ocean Lighting has really beautiful products if you can get them delivered! I have been waiting since August for a product, when in early October I requested a refund after waiting 2 months for delivery I was then informed it would take 3 weeks to process a refund. I am still waiting over a month later. This deserves a 0 star rating!

Great service and friendly staff! With such a wide range of lighting I was able to find lights for every room in our new home, Staff were very knowledgeable on what bulbs to use and total loadings for the dimmer switches. Fast delivery, will definitely be using again in the future!

The experience we got with Ocean Lights was a positive one. The lights were ordered with no problems at a great competitive price. We were informed from the web page that the delivery would be 3 to 10 days. So when the items didn’t arrive we called Ocean Lights and was greeted by a helpful man on the phone, he informed us that the lights are coming direct from the manufacturer and should arrive the following week according to the manufacturer. In our opinion this is not the fault of Ocean Lights but the manufacturer. We waited and the items arrived as he had said. This seems like a common problem as we had to wait 2 weeks for lights from the same manufacturer bought from another company.
